Co-Founder & President
Cindy "Rodeo" serves as a steward of Écurie's culture, partnerships, member experiences and overall design vision. Her career spans commercial and luxury real estate, entertainment, marketing, design, and philanthropic initiatives, bringing together more than 30 years of experience creating meaningful brands and communities such as Stables Motor Condos® and Cars & Capital. Through her creative direction and thoughtful attention to detail, Cindy is helping shape the character, ambiance, and guest experience envisioned throughout Écurie Motor Club. A faith-driven entrepreneur and passionate advocate for women in motorsports, she is dedicated to helping position Écurie as a world-class destination where heritage, performance, hospitality, and purpose intersect. Alongside her husband, Jeff Beal, and son, Eric Steedle, she is committed to building a legacy that extends beyond motorsport and into community, education, and lasting relationships.
JEFF BEAL
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Jeff Beal is a founder, developer, and relationship strategist whose career has spanned automotive, motorsports, luxury & commercial real estate, and experiential ventures for more than four decades. As Co-Founder of Écurie Motor Club and Co-Founder of Stables Motor Condos®, Jeff is focused on creating destinations and platforms where automotive passion, hospitality, business, and meaningful relationships intersect. His background includes leadership roles in automotive marketing, strategic partnerships, and serving as Vice President of Atlanta Motorsports Park, experiences that shaped his belief that the most enduring brands are built through community, trust, shared experiences, and long-term vision. Guided by faith, integrity, and a passion for connecting people and ideas, Jeff, with his wife Cindy "Rodeo" Steedle, are committed to building ventures that create lasting value and bring exceptional people together around a common purpose.
ERIC STEEDLE
Co-Founder & Vice President
Eric Steedle has been involved in the vision, development, and evolution of Écurie Motor Club since its earliest stages, building upon years of experience supporting the growth of Stables Motor Condos® alongside founders Jeff Beal and Cindy "RODEO" Steedle. As Vice President, Eric contributes to strategic planning, project coordination, and the preservation of the club's founding culture and long-term vision. Raised around automotive enthusiasm, entrepreneurship, horsemanship and experiential ventures, Eric brings a thoughtful understanding of the lifestyle and community Écurie seeks to cultivate. As the club evolves, he is expected to play an active leadership role in overseeing select operational divisions, including the future equestrian centre, karting centre and other member-focused experiences, helping ensure Écurie remains a distinctive destination where motorsport, hospitality, heritage, and meaningful relationships intersect.
JASON PLOTKE
Founding Chairman
Jason Plotke serves as Founding Chairman of the Écurie Motor Club Advisory Council and is the Founder and CEO of Motor Club Advisors, a consulting and development firm focused on private motorsports clubs, automotive lifestyle destinations, and experiential membership communities. With more than 25 years of experience spanning automotive retail, manufacturing, motorsports, and membership-based businesses, Jason has built, operated, and advised companies throughout the automotive sector. He is also a Founder of Apex Motor Club, one of North America's premier private motorsports country clubs, where he helped shape the vision, strategy, and member experience that established the club as a recognized industry leader. Throughout his career, Jason has worked with developers, operators, investors, and brands to create and grow automotive-focused destinations and enthusiast communities. At Écurie Motor Club, he provides strategic guidance on club development, member experience, industry partnerships, and long-term platform growth as the organization evolves into a world-class motorsports and lifestyle destination.
PAT BONDURANT
Sr. Advisor - Motorsports Heritage & Legacy
Pat Bondurant is an accomplished business leader, philanthropist, and steward of one of motorsport's most recognized brands. Since 2010, she has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bondurant Racing School, working alongside her late husband, legendary driver and instructor Bob Bondurant, to preserve and advance a legacy built upon precision, safety, discipline, and confidence behind the wheel. Under Pat's leadership, the Bondurant School experienced some of its strongest periods of growth while maintaining the integrity of the renowned Bondurant Method and safeguarding the Bondurant family name and trademark. Her professional background also spans architectural design, development consulting, media ventures, and philanthropic leadership, supporting numerous charitable and community organizations throughout Arizona. As Senior Advisor – Motorsport Heritage & Legacy, Pat provides strategic guidance in celebrating the traditions, stories, and enduring spirit of racing while helping shape experiences at Écurie Motor Club that honor the sport's rich heritage and inspire future generations of enthusiasts.
RANDY JENNINGS
Sr. Advisor - Operations, OEM Relationships & Experiential Programming
Randy Jennings is a seasoned automotive and motorsports executive whose career spans nearly four decades across luxury automotive brands, OEM training, private motorsports clubs, and experiential operations. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Atlanta Motorsports Park, where he helped transform an ambitious vision into one of the nation's premier private motorsports facilities, overseeing operations, business development, budgeting, construction coordination, and member services while establishing a culture inspired by Ritz-Carlton-level hospitality. Prior to AMP, Randy led the Porsche Academy at Porsche Cars North America, helping elevate dealer, employee, and customer engagement through innovative training and professional development initiatives. His career also includes leadership roles with Land Rover North America, XM Satellite Radio, Acura, American Honda Motor Co., Mazda North American Operations, and Nissan Motor Corporation. At Écurie Motor Club, Randy provides strategic guidance in operational planning, OEM relationships, hospitality standards, and experiential programming, helping shape a member experience that blends world-class motorsport, exceptional service, and meaningful connections.
TREVOR NEIL
Sr. Advisor - STEM Education & Workforce Initiatives
Trevor Neil is the Founder and Executive Director of the One10Ten Foundation, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that leverages motorsports as a platform for STEAM education, workforce development, mentorship, and community impact. Guided by the philosophy of 10/10 – Max Effort, Full Focus, Trevor has built One10Ten into a growing national initiative connecting students, educators, industry leaders, and corporate partners through immersive learning experiences centered on engineering, technology, mobility, leadership, and career exploration.Trevor's connection to motorsports includes experience as both a former employee and current member of Monticello Motor Club, providing firsthand insight into private club culture, motorsports operations, hospitality, driver development, and the disciplines required to cultivate world-class member experiences. Through programs such as Driven to Discover, he introduces young people to engineering, simulation, data analytics, entrepreneurship, and leadership while inspiring pathways toward careers in science, technology, and advanced industries.At Écurie Motor Club, Trevor advises on educational initiatives, workforce development strategy, community engagement, and institutional partnerships. He believes Écurie represents an opportunity to create a lasting ecosystem where motorsports, hospitality, innovation, education, and legacy intersect, helping expand access, create opportunity, and inspire the next generation to reach its full potential.
JARYD GREEN
Legal Counsel & Corporate Strategic Advisor
Jaryd P. Green is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Jaryd P. Green & Associates, LLC, where he provides legal counsel in real estate, business, estate planning, and franchise law. Licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama, Jaryd is known for delivering practical, client-focused guidance that helps individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses navigate complex transactions with confidence.A graduate of the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, Jaryd earned a degree in Public Relations before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. Throughout his career, he has closed thousands of commercial transactions and developed a reputation for his solutions-oriented approach to structuring deals, mitigating risk, and helping clients achieve their long-term objectives. As Legal Counsel & Corporate Strategic Advisor at Écurie Motor Club, Jaryd provides legal guidance and strategic counsel supporting the club's formation, governance, real estate initiatives, partnership structures, and long-term growth objectives.
